Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The cottage was as listed and expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. The linens were fresh, clean and higher end. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. There are 2 bathrooms and both were clean. The showers had good water pressure and we had plenty of hot water. The kitchen had basic dinnerware, cups and glasses and utensils. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but could have! There is a drip coffee maker. We always travel with a small Keurig because my hubby and I enjoy very different coffee.The cottage is located in a residential area so houses are on all sides. Even though this was the case we felt we had privacy. We took our dog out in the backyard and she had plenty of room to sniff around and not get into trouble.The location is great for both hiking and enjoying the downtown. This was our first time to Brevard. There are plenty of dining options and coffee places. Several trailheads are close by for hiking. We definitely recommend!

Summary: We absolutely loved the cottage!! It had an older charm to it, but had definitely been updated recently. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our mountain bikes. The house was spotless, smelled amazing, and was bright and airy. I LOVED the little accent of plants throughout the house, as well as the stained glass. The back deck and yard were beautiful. We had daily rain showers which unfortunately left the chairs wet, so we didn’t spend as much time out there as we would have liked. The bed and pillows were some of the best we’ve ever slept on! I’ll be asking the owner where to buy those pillows. Haha We rode our bikes everyday and loved how easy it was to explore Brevard right from the house. We even did a few longer rides (11 and 20 miles) from the house, into the mountains, and back. We will absolutely be staying at the cottage again in the future!!

Perfect for a couple & their pets. Loved the quirky floor plan & lovely antique furniture. King sized bed super comfortable! We will definitely come back!
